Mike and Brittany Eckert are proud Old Saybrook residents and parents to two handsome boys. With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, you’ll often find Mike behind the bar, ready to serve up your favorite drink and a friendly conversation. Brittany works as a Board-Certified Prevention Specialist with Old Saybrook Youth & Family Services and is actively involved throughout the community. Friendly reminder not to forget your ID!
Joe and Gaby Trippconey are longtime Ivoryton residents who live just up the street and are proud parents to three beautiful daughters. Joe works for the State of Connecticut, while Gaby serves as a Senior Buyer at The Lee Company.
Together, they share a passion for community, family, and creating a welcoming place where friends and neighbors can gather. The Eckerts and Trippconeys are excited to begin this new chapter and look forward to welcoming you to Jack Rabbit & Rabbit Hole!
